Client

SCH Asesores Patrimoniales is an agency address of GNP Seguros, the leading company in the insurance sector in Mexico.

Target

We developed an internal branding campaign with the purpose of strengthening employees' sense of belonging to the organization. These types of campaigns help improve internal communication, attract and retain talent, as well as increase agent performance to achieve their objectives.

In this event, we adopted a graphic line inspired by art therapy, since participants had the opportunity to experience group sessions led by experts in this discipline, with the purpose of enriching their personal growth and development.

Concept

Art: Creative activity with aesthetic purposes in which the person expresses feelings and emotions through different materials, techniques and procedures.

Therapy: Process that is carried out with the objective of curing, alleviating or improving problems, symptoms and diseases.

The graphic line of this campaign uses geometric elements in a palette of varied colors arranged in random patterns. This choice seeks to symbolize the versatility of expression of emotions through art. The diversity of colors and shapes represents the construction of ideas and the breadth of human emotions. Furthermore, the name ‘Renovarte’ evokes the idea of movement and renewal, central concepts of our event.”
